• GCash or PayMaya mobile wallet number (last four digits only, for transaction matching);
• Bank account details (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) provided for withdrawal processing;
• Transaction history, including deposit amounts, withdrawal requests, and wager records — all denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).

2.3 Technical & Usage Data

• IP address and approximate geolocation;
• Device type, operating system, and browser information;
• Session duration, pages visited, and features used on the Platform;
• Login timestamps and access logs.

2.4 Communications Data

• Records of your communications with 747love customer support;
• Responses to surveys, promotions, or feedback requests;
• Any information you voluntarily provide when contacting us.

5. Legal Basis for Processing

6. Data Sharing & Disclosure

747love does not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share your personal data only in the following limited circumstances:

6.1 Service Providers

We engage trusted third-party service providers who process data on our behalf, including payment processors (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank), identity verification providers, cloud hosting services, and customer support platforms. 6.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of 747love's assets, your personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity, subject to the same privacy protections described in this Policy. You will be notified of any such transfer in advance.

7. Data Retention

• Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering requirements;
• KYC documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure or the completion of the relevant transaction;
• Customer support records: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the last interaction;
• Marketing consent records: Retained until you withdraw consent or for three (3) years from the date of consent, whichever is earlier.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data will be securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with our data disposal procedures.

8. Data Security

747love implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:

11. Minors

The 747love Platform is strictly intended for persons who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine law. We do not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 21 years of age. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, we will immediately close the associated account and delete the data in question. 12. Changes to This Policy

747love reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
